If your ad is selling something, try incorporating purchasing behavior into your targeting.
This is what I mean…
Make sure your main audience is targeted in your ad set (this should be a broad audience)
Now select the relevant shopper in the Narrow Audience selection.
This targets people who clicked the 'Shop Now' button in the past week.
