In this video we show you how to update the firmware on your AKS+ device. This process is simple and only takes a few minutes. Make sure your AKS+ is charged before you begin.

Firmware updates with version 3.69-5.J:
1) Fixed SAMD bricked on firmware update and added recovery option. Art-Net and sACN processing will be disabled during firmware SAMD firmware update. Recovery from bricked SAMD is done via normal SAMD firmware update. (First update HFA21 to latest firmware and then proceed to update SAMD.)
2) Fixed sACN multi-casting failure with different IP address ranges. Failure is most often seen in the range 192.168.xxx.xxx, but the fix applies to all IP addresses.
3) Occasionally nonsense on the website in the SAMD version and the percentage of the costs fixed.
4) The website anchor tag /"restart/" in the warning dialog has been removed as it was causing issues.
– Improved and modified battery charge logging and low battery behavior.
-When there is approximately 1 hour of operating time remaining, the low battery LED indicator will flash.
-When the battery has approximately 5 to 20 minutes left, the LED will light continuously.
– At 1% charge, the device will turn off by itself. (A soft shutdown is necessary to extend battery life and save settings for flashing.)
– Fixed DMX freeze/crash when using XLR for DMX input.
– DMX crash/freeze when user switches to XLR port mode has been fixed.
