An important selling point of the Tesla Model 3 is the gas savings you achieve. But how much can you really save, and does that gas savings offset the cost of a new Tesla Model 3?
In this video we explore the savings I see in my daily commute by not having to buy gas. We offset that with the costs I pay for electricity to charge my Tesla for my ride to and from work. We compare a traditional gasoline car, a BMW 330i, to my Model 3 RWD and see what I pay for my electric costs versus what it would cost me for gasoline.
