Here is a brief overview of the Essentials program:

1️⃣ – The workouts are designed to last no longer than 45 minutes. These are perfect for anyone who wants to make the most of their time in the gym, but doesn't want to spend half the day there.

2️⃣ – This program focuses on QUALITY over quantity. We will train at a high intensity and focus on executing individual sets to make gains as time-efficient as possible.

3️⃣ – Even though it is a minimalist routine in terms of time, there is still a lot of variety. This is important to avoid boredom and stagnation. There are some unique exercises and techniques that I haven't used in any of my other programs! For most exercises we will only do 1-3 hard sets, so we have to make them count!

Here are some more details about what's coming with the new program:

️ Suitable for all training levels (assuming you want to prioritize time efficiency)
‼ Possibility to train 2, 3, 4 or 5 times a week.
️ Program duration of 12 weeks (3 different blocks to avoid monotony).
