He's talking about an American football team. But the essence of change management is that when we implement initiatives, projects and transformations in our organization, the performance of those initiatives, and projects, and transformations, the value, the success, the results, the outcomes that are delivered to the organization are the results of that joint effort of every individual.

It helps people with their own personal transitions that deliver organizational results. And we have been displaying it individually this way for years. That is the change at organizational level. That is the rollout of Office 365. That is a merger. That's a takeover. That is the introduction of a new product. It's the implementation of an ERP system, but the reality is that change happens one person at a time. They are Andy, Becky, Charlie, Debbie, individuals transitioning from their own personal current state, through their own personal transition state, to their own future state. And unfortunately, if we don't prepare, equip and support them, we lose them along the way.
