Audiogram A
The goal is to evolve from institutional care to consumer-centered healthcare. Before Covid, we were starting to move to a value-based care model. When Covid happened, my doors were locked to my patients. They had no access. Then virtual care came to life.

Audiogram B
One of the biggest challenges when adopting telehealth is knowing what's best for your healthcare system. Videos and conferencing services are only part of the solution for an effective telehealth platform. The challenge for hospitals is to understand their purpose and what services they need. Think for three years so that the platform you adopt supports your hospital in the long term.

Audiogram C
A telehealth or virtual care program cannot be rolled out overnight. Hospitals must start small, with incremental gains and growth. For example, what is your readmission program to reduce emergency room visits? What is your diabetes or respiratory program? Telehealth involves the entire healthcare system. To succeed, its implementation must be segmented.

Audiogram D
Patients with chronic conditions spend only 15 hours with a doctor each year, but wellness takes place in the remaining 8,745 hours. Hospitals must embrace the entire continuum of virtual care, including telehealth, remote patient monitoring and chronic care management. Every healthcare system must ask itself: Does your unified virtual care platform support what you do?
