Think for three years so that the platform you adopt supports your hospital in the long term.

For example, what is your readmission program to reduce emergency room visits? What is your diabetes or respiratory program? Telehealth involves the entire healthcare system. Hospitals must embrace the entire continuum of virtual care, including telehealth, remote patient monitoring and chronic care management.
