Professor of Implementation and Change Management Thijs Homan has been working on this question for years: /"What really happens when organizations change and develop?" He also approaches conventional organizational and management theory critically. In his work, Thijs mainly looks at the 'lived experience' of people to understand (changing) organizations. During his lecture he will share the most important insights needed for a smooth transformation within schools or organizations.
