If you are a Windows Mail user, be prepared for your email app to be replaced by the new Outlook for Windows app. This new Outlook app is similar to the Outlook that comes with Office 365, but doesn't have all the advanced features. Microsoft has said that the Outlook for Windows app will replace the Windows Mail and Calendar app in 2024. If you want to try it out now, you can simply move the slider that says Try the new Outlook to get your Mail app upgraded to the Outlook app. The new Outlook for Windows app works on Windows 10 and Windows 11.
