We'd like to encourage young Australians to learn some simple tips to help them maintain a healthy headspace – and add some color to their day. We use intentional color to bring our 7 Tips for a Healthy Headspace to life in communities across Australia, and we encourage people to share the little things they do to support their mental health. headspace is a National Youth Mental Health Foundation and funded by the Australian Department of Health.

These tips are part of a campaign for Headspace Day, a national day to support the mental health and wellbeing of all young Australians. On this day we recognize that life has its challenges, but that young people are resilient and with the right support and tools they can build and manage their mental health and wellbeing.
