The first software package is Lightworks.

It was also used to make films like Pulp Fiction and Jerry Maguire, if you remember those.

Hit movie.

Hitfilm was bought in the last year and some things have changed there, but it's still a great editor with even more new features.

In addition to being a linear film editor, Hitfilm also does compositing and motion graphics.

And now of course DaVinci Resolve. DaVinci Resolve has been known for its color correction capabilities for many years.

It has grown into a full-fledged program that allows you to manipulate sound, edit video and of course still mess around with the colors.
