This video is my attempt to answer the question, "Why would anyone want to use a period tracking app if they aren't trying to get pregnant?" There are many answers to this question, because our cycles and the patterns that emerge when we follow them are integral to many areas of health and emotional well-being. I hope you find this video informative and/or thought-provoking, and I hope you'll give period tracking a try. I believe that many good things can come from the self-knowledge we can gain through a better understanding of our cycles and all the effects they can have on our physical and mental comfort.

Glow is another popular period tracker. Their website is here: https://glowing.com/glow
The other period tracker I've used for a while is called Period Tracker and it comes in a 'lite' version, which is free, and a 'deluxe' version that you pay for. It's very popular and the only reason I stopped using it is because I prefer the Clue app's interface.
