FB Messenger is a communication channel that companies today need to manage.

Responding to messages on Facebook is super important, but not all entrepreneurs have the time to respond in a timely manner. Using messenger bots can not only help you respond to messages quickly but can also help you grow your business. Here are 8 tips on how to grow your business using a Facebook Messenger bot!

Tip #1) Ask/answer the most frequently asked questions? What five to ten questions can you ask that will help you quickly determine which group the customer belongs to? Ask your sales team and customer service team what questions they often receive.

Tip #2) Map your content so it directs people through the right funnel

Tip #3) Create a button call to actions and limit the options to 2 or 3

Tip #4) The same content mapping can then be used on other platforms, such as your website or other social channels!

Tip #5) Create the voice and personality of your bot, personalize the conversation by using the username

Tip #6) Let the user connect with a live person

Tip #7) Run Facebook Messenger ads that target specific audiences to engage them with Messenger. Build an automated chatbot process based on that.

Tip #8) You need a strong social presence to take advantage of this, otherwise you will lose market share
