Google Photo is a photo sharing and storage platform from Google.

You can use it on the web at google.com/photos or you can use the iOS or Android apps for phones and tablets.

There are four major benefits to using Google Photo.
1. Frees up space on your phone
2. Easily move photos so they are accessible on computer and move photos from your computer to your phone
3. make photo sharing a lot easier.
4. Automatically organizes your photos based on people in the photo, photo type, location and more.

When using Google Photo, make sure backup and sync are enabled. This will automatically back up photos from your device to Google Photos, and the same will happen with future photos and videos.

You can also change the quality of the uploads here. High quality (16 megapixels for photos and 1080p for videos) is unlimited, but native quality counts against your Google storage limit, which is 15 GB for free accounts.

Google Photos automatically organizes your photos and videos for you based on location, people, and type of photos.
