In this video, Berklee Online instructor Jonathan Wyner walks us through his mastering signal chain. He starts by explaining the limiter, and why it isn't placed first in the signal chain, but this is often the first thing you should pay attention to. He goes on to describe the function of other tools in Ozone, such as the Equalizer, the Compressor or Dynamics control, and the Post EQ. Of course, there are other effects you can use when controlling a project, but these are the essential elements.
