Using VR in education has many possibilities, but the key will be to ensure that quality educational practices come first. We need lesson planning, testing and the ability to visualize the complex – in a FUN way!

Thanks to Futuclass, I was able to take a look at their chemistry education solution that they have now – and get a glimpse of things to come. It's very good.

Futuclass has a solution for schools, but will soon be available for home users in the Oculus Store. Schools can contact [email protected] for more information about school licensing.

My name is Frank and I have been teaching postgraduate programs in technical subjects for almost 25 years. My master's degree is in learning and technology (from Royal Roads University in Victoria, BC – where they shot the X-Men movies!).

I am a Microsoft Certified Trainer (since 1998), a Cisco Certified Academy Instructor (since 1999), and have many different technical certifications (I even had my own consulting firm and was a member of the Apple Consultants Network for a few years. I really love technology.
