Visible Wireless is a newer wireless MVNO owned by Verizon that only uses the LTE bands on the Verizon network. There is no in-person customer support and no phone number to call if you have a problem. In this video I explain what to do if you are unable to properly activate your /"Bring Your Own Phone/" with the Visible Wireless service. Some phones are not configured correctly even though they appear compatible on the Visible website. It's also possible to use phones not specifically listed as compatible by Visible, as long as they are unlocked and support the Verizon LTE bands. This assumes your service has been activated correctly and visible customer support says all is well on their end.
