Part 2 of MEOPAR's Early Career Faculty Training Series
This session will focus on research project cost management, with an emphasis on sound financial management for Canadian grant-funded research projects. Topics will include project launch and setup, monitoring and reporting.

Speaker: Robyn Roscoe, PMP
Robyn Roscoe is the Director of Management and Administration for the BC Cancer Genome Sciences Centre, responsible for project, financial, and operational management, and a consultant with her own company, Lyric Management. Robyn is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with 20 years of experience managing large health research projects and over 25 years of experience in scientific and technical project management. She holds a BSc from the University of Manitoba. Robyn has received multiple awards for management excellence from the Canadian Association of Research Administrators and is an active teacher, mentor, and advocate in research project management.
