How do you create a webinar? How do you organize an online meeting? In this video, we'll walk you through the simple process of choosing between these two types of events and planning them all.
But that's not all: if you're in the middle of your event and want to switch from a meeting to a webinar (or vice versa), it's entirely possible! We'll show you how to do that in no time!

A webinar or an online meeting: what should you go for? It's a matter of scale and your purpose.
If you need to hold a small, collaborative video conference with up to 25 participants, creating a meeting is your solution. If you want to reach a broader audience, choose a webinar.
Let's say you're planning a team meeting with just a few people, and you want everyone to have a chance to speak.
First, choose the meeting option on the main page of your account panel. Fill in the name, date, time and any other details and save it.
But what if the topic becomes popular and you expect more than 25 people to participate in the event?
Edit the event before it starts. Go to the Automation tab, find the Basic Settings dropdown and switch your event to a webinar. Don't forget to save it!
Okay, but what if you're in the middle of your meeting with 25 participants and want to bring more people into your meeting room?
Or perhaps you want to silence the group and allow only the maximum of four presenters to speak?
No problem! Change the event type directly with one click here.
You may have noticed that there is a third option called 'Presenters Only'.
Use it during the event with up to 4 presenters. This means they can only talk to each other and not be heard by those present. It is a perfect solution for a short break during long conferences or to discuss some business on the go. Please note that your audio and video will not be captured on the recording if you enable this option.
Finally, what if you're hosting a small webinar for less than 25 people and want it to be more interactive? Just use the same menu and switch back to meeting mode. Now all your participants can speak freely.
Now you know how to move from a meeting to a webinar and tailor the event to your needs.
That's it for now!
