What I eat in a day | Simple, easy and healthy recipes that you can make at home

Hello everyone!

I hope you're having a great week so far, and have a great Friday! I've been very busy these past few weeks and today was the same, so I've been using a lot of recipes and meals that are quick and simple (many of my favorite recipes), yet so delicious. I'm working on some new recipes for some new meal plans and trying new recipes too! When I like something, I start eating it over and over again and then it makes me sick, so I have to try new ones to change things up.

I recently completed my 7 Day No Sugar Challenge (linked below) and I'm obsessed with the smoothie recipe in it, so I showed you how I make it today. I try to prioritize lots of protein in my breakfast as I personally believe it is so helpful for my hormones and energy and this smoothie is perfect. Breakfast can be so simple and you don't have to think about it or prepare a big meal to get what your body needs for the day. My lunch for today is a recipe that I'm still trying to perfect for all of you because I always want to test/perfect it before you eat it, but I'm so excited about this sandwich. As a snack I of course eat matcha chocolate from Nekohama x BAE. I can't get enough of it, but have to be careful as it still has caffeine! For dinner I made some salmon, one of my favorites (surprise!) with a super simple fresh mango salsa. I love salmon because you can make so many different variations of it and it is super easy to prepare. To wind down at the end of the evening, I used MRO's Liquid Nightmare Multimineral, which I loved. All these meals are easy to make at home and good for your body.
