1) WILL – You must believe that good enough is never. You need to foster an environment of curiosity… Why? Why not? What if?

2) SKILL – It's about development, and it takes time and effort

3) AUTHORITY – Give everyone real permission to make improvements. You are involved because you feel like you can bring about change.

4) GUIDANCE – It's about boundaries, learning and development.
