In everything from education to entertainment to healthcare, and through her Innovation Labs at Florida Hospital and with the Orlando Magic, Karen Tilstra helps others reach their creative potential.

Karen Tilstra wants to live in a world where work is fast, people are free and chocolate has no calories.

Founder of the Florida Hospital Innovation Lab – FHIL, co-founded the nation's first bachelor's degree program at Rollins College in Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation.

Karen is a qualified educational psychologist and has a PhD in innovation and leadership. She has spoken and published nationally and internationally. When she's not creating experiences that spark creativity, she hangs out with family, friends, and Nick, the craziest dog in the world.

Her latest project, the Orlando Magic Innovation Lab, just celebrated its first anniversary.
