A message is a short piece of information you give to someone when you can't talk to them directly.
It can be in written, oral or recorded form.
There are five steps involved in understanding the message writing format:
1. First create a rectangular box in which you will write your message.
In the top center, write /"MESSAGE/" in capital letters
2. On the next line, write the date you wrote the message in the left corner, and in the right corner:
write the time of the message.
3. Write the recipient's name on the next line. This is the name of the person for whom the message is being written.
You can add a salutation if necessary. It is not mandatory.
4. Then comes the body of your message: the factual information that needs to be communicated.
It should be short, specific and clear. The word limit is 50 words. So stick to the word limit when writing a post.
5. Finally, write the name of the person who wrote the message.
