This Yoga Nidra for Insomnia and Deep Sleep is a full body relaxation exercise designed to help you fall asleep faster and improve the quality of your sleep. In this 20-minute Yoga Nidra meditation, we will guide you on a journey of deep relaxation and support you in finding peace and tranquility, whether you struggle with insomnia or simply want to enjoy a good night's sleep.

In this Yoga Nidra for Insomnia and Deep Sleep we explore the five koshas, or layers of being, to help you move from the outside world to your deepest core of peace. Suitable for both beginners and seasoned practitioners of Yoga Nidra, this sleep meditation practice guides you into a state of deep, restful sleep, creating full-body relaxation in just 20 minutes.

Set the intention for deep sleep and insomnia relief. We create a comfortable environment to promote relaxation. In the first relaxation you connect to the Annamaya Kosha (physical layer) to release tension. We will use breath awareness and the third eye to create a positive intention or San Kalpa. In the Rotation of Consciousness we will experience the Manomaya Kosha (emotional layer) for emotional balance. Through the Vijnanamaya Kosha (higher intelligence layer) for deeper insights, we will return to the San Kalpa and find deep peace through the final relaxation and externalization by embracing the Anandamaya Kosha (bliss layer)
